Map Order Instructions

----- Office policy requires all map orders to be pre-paid. -----

Please send a check for the total amount of your order, plus a minimum shipping charge of $2.00; if the order's weight exceeds 3 pounds, an additional shipping and handling fee will be added as determined by the US Postal Service mail rates. If a product requires additional postage, the customer will be notified and the product held until the additional fee is remitted.

For maps shipped in a "map tube" an additional charge of $2.65 for the map tube plus a minimum charge of $3.00 shipping charge per tube will be applied; please include this fee with the order if that method of packaging is desired.

If expedited delivery is requested, the rates charged by overnight delivery services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) will be applied, and must be remitted at the time of the order or prior to shipping.

Include your name, address, phone number, and a list of the maps you are ordering.

and request our MAP PRODUCTS ORDER FORM. This package includes an order form, products and price list, a list of available map themes and types, product disclaimer, and a complete set of ordering instructions.

You may also come in to any of our branch offices located around the county to pick up your order and save the shipping and handling fee. Just indicate on your order which office you wish to use. Custom products can be designed at a cost of $35.00 per hour plus material. Contact us by phone to discuss the details, so we can determine if your project is feasible.
